When Maleea was sick on Wednesday I thought it was more of heat exhaustion. But I guess it was some kind of bug. Because poor Madi woke up with the same thing this morning. Nicole was so good and took Maleea for most of the day! THANKS AGAIN! I had staff meeting this morning that Madi came and survived with me.
Today was her 1st day back to school for the week. She has been so excited because it was show and tell. She had her photo albam from Disneyland that she couldn't wait to show her class. After my meeting she tried to be tough, "Mom, I think I am feeling better!" I know her show and tell was 1st thing. So I took her to school so she could show her album. Her teacher was so sweet and let her go 1st. Then she took her and let her make her Mother's Day gift for me, before she even started the rest of class. She is SUCH A GREAT TEACHER! We LOVE her! By the time Madi finished she was white as a ghost. She was ready to come home.
By the time we got home her little temperature shot up to 102 degrees as well. So once again, I spent the day laying with my girl! NO COMPLAINTS from me! I would give anything to snuggle up to my girls! They are both doing much better! Glad it was only a day thing!
